Terms of Service
Last updated: September 18, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of VictoriaApp, a web application available at https://tiktok.wingrow.cn (the “Service”), operated by Victoria (“we”, “us”). By signing in or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
VictoriaApp lets you sign in with your TikTok account, view your TikTok profile information, account statistics and recent videos, and publish videos that you choose to your TikTok account, either directly to your profile or to your TikTok inbox as a draft. The Service works through the official TikTok for Developers APIs.
2. Eligibility and your TikTok account
- You must have a TikTok account in good standing and be old enough to use TikTok in your country.
- You remain bound by TikTok's own Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and, where relevant, Branded Content Policy whenever you use the Service.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through the Service while you are signed in, and for keeping your device and TikTok account secure.
3. Permissions you grant
When you sign in, TikTok asks you to approve the permissions the Service needs. We use them only to provide the features described on our Data use overview. You can withdraw these permissions at any time by pressing “Disconnect” in the Service or from “Manage app permissions” in your TikTok settings.
4. Your content
- You keep all rights in the videos, captions and other content you publish through the Service.
- You confirm that you own, or have the necessary rights and permissions for, everything you publish, including any music, footage, trademarks and the likeness of people who appear in it.
- You give us a limited permission to transmit your content to TikTok on your instruction, solely in order to operate the Service. We do not edit your videos and we do not add watermarks, logos or promotional material to them.
- If your content promotes yourself, your business or a third party, you must use the commercial content disclosure options provided on the Publish page.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing or otherwise in breach of TikTok's Community Guidelines;
- use the Service to send spam, to post in bulk in a way TikTok does not permit, or to artificially inflate engagement;
- copy other people's content from other platforms to TikTok without the right to do so;
- attempt to access another person's account or data, or to probe, disrupt or reverse engineer the Service;
- use the Service in a way that breaches any law or the rights of others.
6. Publishing is your decision
The Service never posts on your behalf without an explicit action from you. Every post requires you to choose the video, review the settings and press the publish button. TikTok may limit how many posts can be made through the API in a given period, and may process, restrict or remove content under its own policies; those decisions are TikTok's and are outside our control.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service depends on TikTok's APIs, which may change or become unavailable. We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend access for anyone who breaches these Terms or puts the Service or other users at risk.
8. Third-party services
The Service is an independent product. It is not endorsed, sponsored or certified by TikTok. TikTok is a trademark of its respective owner. Your use of TikTok is governed by your agreements with TikTok.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise any particular reach, engagement or commercial result from content published through the Service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your TikTok account. Sections that by their nature should survive (including sections 4, 9 and 10) continue to apply after you stop.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
